About GPSy
High-throughput profiling experiments based on for example microarrays or
proteomics yield genes potentially important for a given biological process.
While numerous solutions are available for selecting and clustering genes, fewer
tools facilitate the arduous but critical task of identifying promising target
loci for follow-up analyses. We have developed GPSy, a novel modular
cross-species prioritization system optimized to predict gene function in
conserved developmental processes such as meiosis and gametogenesis or sex
differentiation.
